Transport Guidelines
- All our parcels are packed with a water proof layer inside the carton box, sealed properly and additional strapping is done over the box ensuring perfect and safe packing. Please do not accept any parcel in a damaged condition. We are not responsible for any later claim after collecting goods from the Transport office.
- As Fireworks products cannot be shipped through Courier service providers, we do not engage door delivery. Customers are requested to pick their parcel from the mentioned Lorry Transport office location. The detailed address of pickup location will be communicated through WhatsApp.
- Customer need to pay the transportation charges directly to the transport provider and collect the parcel by showing our SMS and your address proof to the lorry service provider. Please note that Transport charge will be high close to Diwali season. So it is advisable to book your orders well in advance.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
- We respect your decision and offer maximum convenience to the customers. Full amount will be refunded for cancellations until the package is shipped. However, there is no provision to cancel the order after dispatch.

- Enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, hassle less low cost transportation, Quality products at affordable rate, wide range of collections, dedicated customer support and great discount deals by placing your orders during the month of August and mid of September. Last one month before Diwali will be crazy in all directions.
- We pick the featured product from well reputed brands in the industry keeping quality as our priority. However there can be rare cases of malfunctioning of the product due to manual manufacturing errors.
- Customers can book orders well in advance, confirm payment and schedule for late delivery as per their convenience.
- Images of products are for reference only and actual Product may slightly vary from the corresponding image exhibited.
- We hereby disclaim any guarantee of exactness to the finish and appearance of the Product. Alterations to certain aspects such as the merchandise Brand, Size and Color may be required.
